JOB OVERVIEW

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Davayo's marketing strategy, managing the marketing funnel from brand awareness to lead conversion. You will oversee digital ad campaigns, content creation, and social media management, with a focus on RED, Instagram, and Google Ads. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, working cross-functionally to enhance our brand and grow our business.

THE ROLE
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Create engaging content and design for social media, ads, and event promotions using tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Canva.
Manage and optimize Google Search, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads to achieve high ROI.
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and refine marketing efforts to maximize impact.
Collaborate with sales and client service teams to ensure consistent messaging and support business development.
: Develop, execute and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to decrease vacancies, including organic search, paid search, email marketing, and social media.

· Update, refresh and manage ILS ads for properties. Track leads through lead managing and make suggestions to the team.

· Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.

· Create and update creative for meta and ILS ads. Create aesthetically pleasing creative that adheres to brand guidelines.

· Oversee property level and corporate social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various digital channels, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and video content.

· Maintain & review property micro-sites for content and search engine visibility (SEO).

· Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and Lead Managing. Provide and present insights to clients on monthly or weekly basis as requested.

· Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns, optimize keywords, and ensure the company’s content ranks highly in search engine results.

· Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and the real estate/property management industry. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.

· Update pricing, contact information, website information, Google my Business, replying to reviews...etc.

· Collaborate with marketing and leasing team, present to clients in a professional manner, attend meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

· 2+ years digital marketing experience

· Advanced knowledge in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager

· Experience with Lead Managing, Rentsync, Rentcafe and Property Vista is preferred

· Experience in Adobe Illustrator or Canva preferred

· Experience with SEO

· Google Skillshop and Meta Certification preferred

· Highly organized and detail-oriented individual

· Previous real estate experience preferred

· Creative and innovate

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal skills, presentations)

· Proven analytical, research and report writing skills

· Familiar with social media and review platforms
