JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who excels in design, copywriting, social media management, and digital marketing to drive lead generation. This role requires someone who can handle multiple facets of marketing to help grow our business, all in one position.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating and managing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, email marketing, and social media content creation. You will be responsible for designing eye-catching marketing materials, writing engaging copy, and using data-driven strategies to optimize performance.

Remote, Permanent, full-time, Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm AEST

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive, end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, encompassing email marketing, social media content, and advertising strategies.
• Design and manage social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high engagement.
• Create, optimize, and manage Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads to attract potential leads, focusing on effective targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Design visually compelling marketing materials using tools like Canva, aligning with brand goals and lead generation objectives.
• Write persuasive and engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, ads, and landing pages to convert leads into clients.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments to continuously improve results.

Must-Have Skills:
• Proven experience in design, copywriting, and digital marketing roles, with the ability to handle all aspects of a campaign from start to finish.
• Expertise in Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads management, including targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
• Strong social media management skills, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
• Proficient in Canva or similar design tools to create high-quality marketing materials.
• Excellent copywriting skills, capable of creating compelling, action-driven content.
• Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or another CRM for managing and optimizing campaigns, including email marketing, CRM management, and landing pages.
