Nautical Staffing is looking for an experienced, strategic, and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist for our US-based client in the moving and storage industry.
Responsibilities:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, search rankings, and user engagement.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google and
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and performance metrics to achieve goals.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and best practices to stay ahead in the SEM landscape.
• Content Creation:
- Develop and manage content for the company’s website, blog, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging multimedia content (e.g., videos, infographics).
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, SEO best practices, and marketing objectives.
• Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and interact with followers.
- Track and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Lead Generation and Demand Creation:
- Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to generate leads and drive demand.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to identify opportunities for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in comprehensive digital marketing, especially SEO and SEM
• Proven track record in executing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
• Must be knowledgeable in WordPress
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be a creative yet strategic thinker
• Must be willing to work full-time during PH day time
• Must be willing to occasionally meet with the team during US business hours
