Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our E-commerce campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in writing sales and conversion copy, developing email marketing campaigns, and optimizing landing pages. Proficiency in Klaviyo and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney for copy and design optimization are essential.

Key Responsibilities: 

Email Marketing: 
> Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. 
> Write compelling sales and conversion copy for email sequences. 
> Segment email lists and tailor campaigns to different audience segments. 
> Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversion. 

Landing Page Optimization: 
> Develop copy and design graphics to enhance landing page performance. 
> Use tools like Midjourney to create visually appealing and effective landing pages. 
> Test and optimize landing pages for improved conversion rates. 

AI Tools Utilization: 
> Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT 4.0 to optimize copy and improve campaign effectiveness. 
> Leverage AI-driven design tools to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing materials. 

Campaign Management: 
> Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels. 
> Coordinate with the design and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. 
> Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
> Ad hoc tasks from the client. 

Sales and Conversion Copywriting: 
> Craft persuasive and engaging sales copy for emails, landing pages, and other digital assets. 
> Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice and effectively drives conversions. 


Requirements & Qualifications: 
> 2 years of experience in email marketing and copywriting, specifically for sales and conversion. 
> Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing campaign development and execution. 
> Experience in developing and optimizing landing pages for conversion. 
> Strong writing skills with a focus on sales and conversion copy. 
> Experience in creating sales funnels.
> Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT 4.0 and design tools like Midjourney. 
> Ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize for better results. 
> Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
> Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
> Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there's an urgency for the role, then the new hire is required to render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks.
> Amenable to work Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time (EST). 

Preferred Qualifications: 
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
> Experience with other email marketing platforms and tools. 
> Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies. 
> Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven marketing approaches. 
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
