Job Description

The mission of the Sales Representative role is to increase the company's growth by managing, maintaining, and following-up with potential and new clients through the sales process. You will be expected to be able to close deals, answer questions, and learn from each interaction to continue to improve your sales abilities!

Specifically this role is suited for someone who is detailed and dedicated with consistent follow through. You should be experienced working in customer service and/or sales with a strong spoken English language ability and the willingness to talk on the phone as well as ability to use email, and web systems to communicate through live chat and other common communication systems with potential and new clients.

Here is what success looks like in this role:

- Ability to SPEAK, write and read at an advanced level in English, your ability to understand and reply with follow up emails as well as phone calls is core to this position.

- You will be using Zoom (camera) for sales calls daily, and be expected to be on time and present during your work time with fully working Internet and Power.

- Following a daily standard operating procedure to follow up with potential leads, including phone calls and emails.

- New Clients are onboarded and are quickly launched due to the speed at which you get them ready following our Standard Operating Procedures

- You're communicating with clients via email, and phone to get all the info you need, you are responsible for following up and ensuring all details are obtained as needed from new clients using our Standard Operating Procedures.

- Take full ownership and responsibility over getting new clients into the onboarding process once you close a sale. You are expected to follow up with potential clients, and existing to ensure opportunities and expectations are met.

- Take full ownership and responsibility over any admin tasks related to the client set-up process, or potential client follow ups.

- Ability to communicate during EST (-5 GMT) business hours (the customers are US based, phone calls and emails should be sent during those same business hours, thus to work this role you would need to be working an 8 hour shift that effectively is within the business hours of the US.



Things you will need / Required Skills
---------------------------------------------
- good consistent work hours (40 hours a week!) - NOTE we use time tracking software to make sure you get paid for your time!
- good internet that is reliable to be online those 40 hours!
- Access to a reliable computer, with chrome web browser, (We will provide all microsoft tools and software as part of Microsoft 365
- Detail-oriented -- When it comes to administrative tasks, one small mistake can obstruct the whole process.
- Great written and oral communication skills in English.
- Coachable -- You will receive world-class training on tools like Zapier, GoHighLevel, Wordpress etc. If you are not receptive to feedback and aren't hungry to learn new skills, please do not bother applying.
- Team player -- You will be in constant communication with the rest of the team for multiple reasons. If you do not like communicating with your team members, do not bother applying.
- Communicative -- Your responsibilities are intertwined with the rest of the team. Each and every single team member depends on you for one reason or the other. You need to be on top of communication, and to get back to team members quickly. If you don't like communication, and would rather just keep to yourself, do not bother applying.
- Pro-active -- You don't wait for problems to come up, or for other team members to tell you about the problems -> Instead, you see them coming, you're always on top of them, and the team can trust you because of that.
- Critical Thinking -- While still following guidelines, you aren't scared of making your own decisions and taking ownership over your role & responsibilities.
- Self-starter -- You don't want to, nor do you need to be supervised all the time, as you're confident in your ability to finish your own tasks on time, and to excel in your role.


Please be aware, assuming you want a 40 hour schedule, that schedule will need to include 9am to 5pm based on EST time zone (New York, USA), and you will be expected to communicate via Microsoft Teams during those hours with the rest of our team as well as make outbound phone calls and hold zoom meetings with sales prospects during those hours.

Ability to answer phone calls in English is a plus - please let me know if you have ability for this.
Experience at all with "Rank and Rent" concept web sites (Sites which are lead generation for many different niches)
Experience with these products/services : GoHigherLEvel, cPanel, Wordpress, Leadpages.com, Clickfunnels.com, Zappier
