Role Overview:
This person will support Heartwood Furnished Homes in increasing its online visibility, improving website performance and SEO ranking, and executing digital marketing strategies to attract new property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management
-Update and maintain the company website (formatting, uploading new content, refining layout/UX)
-Optimize site performance, including load speed, mobile responsiveness, and image optimization
-Collaborate to implement booking or lead capture forms and track conversions
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
-Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact terms for targeting
-Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and image alt text for SEO
-Monitor and improve Google Search Console and Google Analytics metrics
-Build backlinks through strategic outreach or listing platforms
-Run monthly SEO audits and implement recommendations
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
-Design and send
-Create basic graphics or visuals using Canva or similar tools
Client Attraction
-Write or assist in writing blog posts, guest articles, or lead magnets
-Support outreach efforts to property owners through
Reporting & Improvement
-Track performance metrics (SEO, website traffic, lead generation, etc.)
-Suggest ways to improve performance based on data
-Stay up to date with trends in SEO, digital marketing, and short-term rental marketing
