Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager & QA Specialist to join our remote team. This role is critical to our agency's success, ensuring that all client projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
The Project Manager & QA Specialist will oversee project timelines, deliverables, and workflow processes while also serving as our final quality control checkpoint before work is delivered. They will review social media posts, website changes, and other marketing deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with our internal SOPs.
Additionally, this person will play a key role in coordinating new client launches, ensuring all elements are in place and on time. While this position involves limited client interaction, the ideal candidate must be deeply familiar with the BookCleaningJobs process, SOPs, and clients' needs to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Oversee all agency projects to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Track deadlines and manage workflows using ClickUp.
- Proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks.

Quality Assurance (QA):
- Review and approve all client-facing deliverables, including:
- Social media posts
- Website updates
- Ad creatives
- Marketing materials
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines, is error-free, and meets BookCleaningJobs’ high standards.
- Conduct thorough checks for typos, formatting issues, and inconsistencies.
- Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) for tracking and communication.
Launch Coordination:
- Serve as the Launch Coordinator for onboarding new clients, ensuring all elements are ready before launch.
- Maintain and update launch checklists to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot last-minute issues and ensure a flawless launch.
Process & SOP Adherence:
- Become intimately familiar with BookCleaningJobs’ internal processes and SOPs.
- Ensure all work aligns with our proven systems and methods.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest optimizations.
Client Interaction:
- You’ll participate in new client launch calls and client check-in calls along with the account manager.
- You must understand client needs and expectations.
- Provide internal teams with clear, detailed feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, or a related role.
- Impeccable attention to detail – nothing slips past you!
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail for tracking and communication.
- Basic understanding of social media, website management, and digital marketing.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and address project roadblocks.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work Seattle/Pacific Standard Time hours.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Consistent internet access.

Shift:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. You will be primarily required to work Pacific Standard time, but some flexibility is allowed.
Benefits & Salary:
- You’ll qualify for 3 paid vacation leaves and 3 paid sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
- We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
- Salary: $600/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)
- Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will be eligible for 13th month.
