**Job Description:**

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless integration with our IT infrastructure. Your main duties will include:

- Utilizing your expertise in website coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to manage and develop our websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Overseeing IT tasks required by the company, collaborating closely with our IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement necessary measures for cybersecurity.
- Managing and developing chatbots to enhance customer engagement and support.
- Providing technical support for digital marketing initiatives, including website development, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to implement and configure digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Assisting in the design and development of landing pages, microsites, and other digital assets to support marketing campaigns.
- Implementing and monitoring tracking mechanisms for digital marketing campaigns to measure performance and optimize strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and providing recommendations for innovative solutions and enhancements.
- Training marketing teams on the use of digital marketing tools and platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyzing data and metrics related to digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on IT-driven analysis.
- Supporting the implementation of SEO strategies and optimizations to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Developing and managing AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

**What a Digital Marketing Manager Does:**

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Creating and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Managing relationships with different companies for online marketing strategies.
- Developing and maintaining blogs to engage with our audience and drive organic traffic.
- Designing and distributing newsletters to keep customers informed about promotions and events.
- Creating marketing creatives, including graphics and videos, to support various campaigns.
- Supervising a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website development, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Strong expertise in website coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems.
- Experience with SEO strategies and optimizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Previous experience supervising a team is preferred.
- Passion for adventure and outdoor activities is a plus!
