The ideal candidate will bring expertise in leveraging digital platforms to drive growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence within the sports industry. In this role, you will drive innovative digital campaigns, develop strategic branding initiatives, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future.
We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy and execution for our upcoming sports nutrition product launch. This remote position offers the opportunity to shape and drive the digital presence of a new product within an established company.

Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and optimise landing pages:
o Keep company websites updated with relevant content, optimised for SEO, (search engine optimisation) and aligned with business objectives.
o Produce and optimise multimedia content-photos, videos, graphics, blogs, and newsletters-for digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
o Lead content creation strategies and foster audience engagement.
• Identify and manage micro influencers:
o Partner with relevant micro influencers and ensure that the brand is promoted in the best way possible.
o Consider strategies for finding micro-influencers who fit the company’s markets, values and campaign needs.
o Manage communications and micro influencer partners in the delivery of compelling campaigns that leverage data and insights and the implementation of plans aligned to business, brand and marketing objectives.
o Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and freelancers as needed.
• Customer support:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitor opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
o Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and deliver personalized experiences.
o Analyse customer data and feedback to create targeted retention programs.

• Order management:
o Grow and manage digital accounts, demonstrating strategic thinking and a focus on achieving measurable results.
o Coordinates customer orders, order receipts and processing.
o Collaborate with Customer Service department to ensure order fulfilment.
• Ad management:
o Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels).
o Plan and refine Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and generate leads, using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure success.

o Manage social media platforms such as
o Track and analyse social media performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field
Job Experience
2+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in product launch campaigns
Proven track record in managing successful paid digital advertising campaigns
Strong understanding of sports/nutrition industry trends and consumer behaviour
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Experience with e-commerce platforms and conversion rate optimization
