Digital Marketing Manager - Permanent WFH

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Align campaigns with company goals, brand identity, and target audience needs.
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital platforms for growth.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
- Oversee ad creation and placement on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Coordinate with creative teams for campaign visuals and messaging.c
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Prepare regular reports on ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
- Use data insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Experiment with new tools, platforms, and methods to stay competitive.




QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to start immediately.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Has expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Managing YouTube marketing is optional but preferable
- Experience in a managerial role
- Proven track record of successful campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in: SEO, Website management, PPC, YouTube Marketing, Social Media Posting and Ads, Email marketing, and Text marketing
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends
- Has data-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to use a time-tracker



Device Requirements:
- Own laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (AMD Ryzen/Mac equivalent) with 8GB RAM (main and backup device)
- Noise-cancelling headphones
- Web camera
- Minimum 30mbps internet connectivity
- Backup: 15mbps
- Second monitor (optional)



OTHER DETAILS
- Work schedule: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm EST
- Basic salary: PHP 65, 000 - PHP 75,000
- Monthly allowance: PHP 5,000
- HMO and paid leaves after a 3-month probationary period
