About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Brand Manager to join our Operations team and help maintain a positive brand image. In this role, you will monitor online feedback, manage reviews, and handle public perception across various platforms. You will also play a key role in responding to customer concerns, mitigating risks, and using tools like Birdeye and Metricool to track sentiment trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the company’s reputation across online platforms and social media.
Respond professionally to customer reviews, feedback, and public inquiries.
Use tools like Birdeye and Metricool to track sentiment trends and analyze brand perception.
Develop strategies to improve and maintain a positive brand image.
Work with internal teams to address reputation-related issues and concerns.
Handle crisis communication and provide solutions to mitigate reputational risks.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in reputation management, public relations, or communications.
Strong understanding of online review platforms, social media, and crisis management.
Experience using Birdeye and Metricool for monitoring and reporting.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams.

Work Schedule:

Core Hours: 11 PM – 2 AM (Manila Time)
Flexible additional 4 hours
