Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take a lead role in developing, executing, monitoring, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical marketer. The ideal candidate will excel at driving measurable results, boosting brand visibility, and generating high-quality leads to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
- Content Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging ad content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Audience Targeting: Conduct market research to identify and define target audiences, tailoring campaigns to meet audience-specific needs.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B testing strategies to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging for improved results.
- Budget Management: Monitor, adjust, and report on advertising budgets across channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet financial goals.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports with actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign progress to stakeholders.
- Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and best practices to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaign case studies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Digital Marketing and data analysis tools.
- Highly Organised: Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear and effective communication across the team.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges, with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Results-Oriented: Strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving quantifiable results.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Software to Be Used:
- Content management tools (e.g., Canva and Adobe Creative Suite)
- CRM and
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking and budget management

Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week
Rate: $800 AUD per month
