Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing our online marketing initiatives. You will oversee all digital channels to maintain brand coherence, enhance website traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, a passion for data-based marketing, and the ability to implement campaigns aligned with the company’s objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, PPC, content marketing, etc.)
Optimize and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI and meet growth goals
Analyze and monitor the performance of digital marketing efforts, offering actionable insights and suggestions for improvement
Oversee the content strategy for websites and social media, ensuring consistency in brand voice and high engagement
Drive website traffic and enhance conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and improving the user experience
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) and external partners to execute digital marketing projects
Manage the company’s social media presence, foster community engagement, and grow the follower base
Track and report key performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition costs (CAC)
Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies
Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across various channels
Implement targeted email marketing strategies, including lead nurturing and drip campaigns to boost customer retention

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar areas
Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email, etc.)
Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM platforms
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem-solver with a focus on results
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, or basic web development is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or relevant digital marketing courses
Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or SaaS industries
Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques
