We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team of digital marketing specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, a passion for innovation, and the ability to drive successful marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our online marketing efforts, ensuring that our campaigns are aligned with the company’s business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
1/ Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, including SEO managers, content creators, social media experts, PPC managers, and web developers.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and
professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging creativity and knowledge sharing.
2/ Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing and
business goals.
3/ Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
4/ Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign spending and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
5/ Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.
- Present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
6/ Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, Moz), email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
- Extensive understanding of all facets of digital marketing, including Google AdWords, SEO, web development, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and data analytics.
