Digital Marketing Manager

Aguinaldo Business Management Services is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time, REMOTE, work from home role, you will be responsible for leading and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive increased brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. You must work during New York time 9am - 6pm Eastern (9pm - 6am Philippines time).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and web content
- Optimise and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to continually improve results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations to improve our strategy
- Manage and oversee the work of digital marketing specialists and external agencies as required
- Produce regular reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

KEY COMPETENCIES
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful, measurable digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work during New York time 9am - 6pm Eastern Daylight time (9pm - 6am Philippines time).
