Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in managing and optimizing lead generation funnels. We need someone who can take full ownership of our digital marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution, and deliver quick, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI.
Funnel Expertise: Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels, including landing pages,
Team Coordination: Hire and manage a team of web developers, copywriters, and other professionals to execute campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Mailchimp. Optimize based on data-driven insights.
Deadline-Oriented: Deliver high-quality results within tight timelines, ensuring all project milestones are met.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing management, with a focus on lead generation and sales funnels.
Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve significant increases in leads and conversions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with key tools (Google Ads,
Excellent English: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Availability: Able to start immediately and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Compensation:
$12/hour for 20 hours a week, with potential for increased hours based on performance.
