Job Overview: As the Digital Marketing Lead at Upgraded Us, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, from SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to community engagement and content strategy. Your primary focus will be to increase customer outreach, grow brand awareness, and drive traffic and sales through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Job Details:
Hours: 20 or 40 hrs/week (We can accommodate either schedule).
Compensation: Please submit your desired USD/hour rate in the application form. We pay weekly via Wise bank transfers.
Start Date: Upon future openings.
Job Duration: Permanent, long-term team member positions.
Work Schedule: Morning to late afternoon, Philippines time zone preferred. Some meetings may take place at 6 or 7 am PHT. Flexibility in schedule is offered as long as you attend meetings and log hours in Hubstaff.
Perks: 13th-month pay, paid Filipino regular holidays, 15 days paid time off per year, paid health insurance (for full-time positions). Benefits for part-time members can be negotiated.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, email, and social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
Oversee content strategy for websites and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and high audience engagement.
Inform the company’s social media presence, fostering community engagement and growing the follower base.
Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve and refine digital marketing strategies.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Monitor campaign performance, measure results against KPIs, and adjust strategies based on data insights and trends.
Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to drive search engine traffic.
Analyze customer behavior and experience, using analytical tools to measure and improve digital touchpoints.

Required Skills:
Experience with E-commerce Marketing: Knowledge of driving traffic and sales for online stores, particularly on platforms like Amazon, with experience in optimizing product listings and advertising.
Strategic thinking and creativity in identifying and executing new digital growth opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Passion for marketing and the ability to generate ROI through marketing initiatives.
Data-driven decision-making, with a focus on improving KPIs.
Collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO/SEM Techniques: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and ranking factors.
Proficiency in Social Media Advertising: Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Ads, with a focus on audience targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Familiarity with Email Marketing Tools: Experience using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign to develop and manage email marketing campaigns, segment lists, and automate customer journeys.
Content Marketing Strategy Expertise: Strong ability to craft compelling content strategies across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
Data Analytics and Conversion Optimization Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing platforms to track user behavior, measure campaign effectiveness, and implement improvements to boost conversions.
