Digital Marketing / Executive Assistant

We’re looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges, and love working on projects that evolve rapidly, this is the role for you. You’ll play a key role in supporting our dating platform, BePicky, focused on helping high-standard individuals connect more meaningfully.


Your Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Manage and grow our social media accounts with engaging, on-brand content
- Design graphics and write captions for posts, stories, and reels
- Monitor trends and community engagement to boost visibility

Ad Campaigns
- Support the setup and optimization of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Analyze ad performance data and suggest improvements

Blog & Content Writing
- Write creative, SEO-friendly blog posts relevant to dating, lifestyle, and the BePicky brand
- Repurpose blog content for social media and email campaigns

Executive Support to the Marketing Manager
- Assist in managing calendars, planning meetings, and tracking key deadlines
- Help brainstorm and execute long-term strategies for growth


What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication (both written and spoken)
- Experience with branding, graphic design, and social media content creation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong at time management
- Able to collaborate directly with leadership (CEO & Marketing Manager)
- Creative, self-driven, and adaptable to change
- Bonus: Video editing skills
- Bonus: Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads


Compensation
- $100 – $125 USD/week during 3-week probation (based on skills)
- $125 – $200 USD/week after probation, depending on performance and skill set
