JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at JOY (www.joythestore.com) & Louche (www.louchelondon.com) - a London based womenswear fashion retailer. This is a full-time role, requiring a proactive individual with experience in Shopify and Klaviyo, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing across platforms. You will work closely with the wider team to manage and optimise our online presence, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and delivering on key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Management

• Add and manage products on the website via Uphance and Shopify, including SKUs, collections, tagging, and related apps.
• Update and maintain Similar Products, Styling Options, and Swatches for Womenswear products.
• Monitor and update out-of-stock or newly stocked products.
• Update homepage banner images and categories.
• Merchandise collections using Collection Merchandiser and create new collections.
• Organise sale events using Bulk Price Editor.
• Manage Shopify apps: Reviews, Loyalty, Wishlist Engine, and Search Engine (Doofinder).


Email
Marketing with Klaviyo

• Design and implement seasonal and themed templates.
• Create and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and seasonal sign-ups.
• Segment subscribers and analyse open and click-through rates to optimise performance.
Social Media Management
• Schedule content for Pinterest and TikTok for JOY.
• Schedule Facebook and Instagram posts for JOY and Louche.
• Create new seasonal boards for Pinterest and update cover photos and pinned posts on Facebook and Instagram.
• Respond to customer messages and comments across platforms.
• Organise competitions and influencer collaborations.

Marketplace Management

• Oversee the Marketplace dashboard, including uploading new styles, product information, fabric details, and image orders.
• Update seasonal banners and ensure products align with marketplace standards.
• Manage stock and remove sale products from this platform.

Digital Advertising

• Add image, video and copy content for Meta, Google & TikTok ads.
• Create and manage seasonal and seasonless ad categories.

Creative Content

• Edit images and videos for use across socials, emails, ads, and the website.
• Create line sheets and support photoshoot planning and execution, including steaming, organising samples, and capturing behind-the-scenes content.
General Support
• Plan and organise competitions and influencer collaborations.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues, including liaising with Shopify apps and external vendors.
• Collaborate on UX improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Essential Skills and Experience:

o Proven experience with Shopify, including merchandising and app integrations.
o Prior experience in women's online fashion is considered essential.
o Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns and subscriber segmentation.
o Strong visual and creative skills for editing images and videos.
o Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
o Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
o Attention to detail, especially for tasks like creating collections and related product pairings.

• Desirable Skills:

o UX knowledge or coursework experience.
o Familiarity with fashion merchandising and an eye for styling complete outfits.
o Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with external support teams.
o Experience with Wolf & Badger or similar marketplace platforms.
