We are a fast-growing company with multiple e-commerce brands, looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling designs that drive engagement and conversions across digital platforms. You will design for social media, paid campaigns, website designs, and newsletters.
The position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and extensive experience with a variety of design tools. This is a graveyard shift role, ideal for someone who is highly adaptable and eager to collaborate with global teams on dynamic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and conversion-driven assets for social media, digital ads, websites, and
- Create wireframes and layouts for websites with a focus on user experience (UX) and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and web developer to align designs with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design and digital marketing trends to create innovative and relevant visual content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing design, with a portfolio showcasing work across social media, ad creatives, websites, and
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or Sketch, and Canva.
- Deep understanding of how design influences engagement, drives traffic, and boosts conversions.
- Experience with UX/UI principles, focusing on creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that function well across devices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work the graveyard shift
- Skills in motion graphics or video editing using tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro would be a bonus.
