As our Digital Marketing & Customer Support Specialist, you will be an essential part of our team, combining your skills in digital marketing with a passion for exceptional customer service. You will help drive our marketing efforts, engage with customers in multiple languages, and ensure accurate data entry management across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement across various platforms.
- Create and optimize content for social media, email marketing, and website channels.
- Use data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional plans.

Customer Support:
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries through email, phone, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs and provide accurate information.

Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately enter and update customer information, sales data, and other relevant information into our CRM system.
- Ensure all data is up-to-date and correctly categorized for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Assist with data cleansing and validation tasks as needed.

We're Looking For:
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools).
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a big plus.
