JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an AWESOME Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team!

Overview:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator/Client Coordinator will play a key role in bridging communication between clients and internal teams. This role involves managing campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and support requests, while ensuring client satisfaction and smooth project execution. You will also assist with digital marketing tasks such as monitoring Google Ads campaigns, making minor website edits, and preparing performance reports. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Communicate and manage campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and client requests. Delegate tasks clearly and efficiently among internal team members to ensure smooth execution.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support for client needs, including but not limited to Google Ads campaign management, campaign performance tracking, minor website edits, and CRM updates.
Task Coordination: Handle client support requests and effectively delegate tasks to the assigned team members. Monitor task progression and ensure timely completion while maintaining clear communication with the client.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Sr. Solutions Consultant to provide assistance and ensure all client requirements are met. Support other internal team members as needed.
Content Creation & Proofreading: Create and proofread internal and external content, such as social media posts, website content, and other marketing materials, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.
Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly marketing reports (MMRs) related to website performance, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaign data.
Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining clear, consistent communication.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Project Manager, Client Services, or Account Manager. Experience in a digital marketing agency environment is a plus.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM, and SEO.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and ensure clarity in team delegation.
Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Client Service Excellence: Proven track record of providing exceptional client service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Attention to Detail: Ability to proofread, QA, and ensure content and deliverables meet both internal and client standards.
