Digital Marketing Assistant

-Upload and update new and existing products on our websites. (product descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs, tags, etc.)
-Create and update collections in Shopify based on collections, promotions, sales strategy, gifting, etc.
-Monitor inventory and flag low levels
-Assist with updating banners, and content on the homepage, collection pages, menu, announcement bar, and footer.
-QA & ensure the website is fully functional (testing for broken links, page errors, etc.) whenever a web change is implemented.
-Create discounts and coupon codes within Shopify
-Manage product page SEO (optimizing metadata, tags, and images for search engines)
-Update Customer Service page and shipping estimates as needed.
-Update Shopify to reflect shipping promotions
-Assist with linking and scheduling email marketing campaigns
-Enter analytics from Shopify, social, Google Analytics, Meta, etc into spreadsheets to track KPIs
-Monitor customer reviews
-Platforms: Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Hotjar, Later, Instagram, Google
