JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant with expertise in Go High Level (GHL) and experience running LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns. This role will be key in establishing, optimizing, and managing our digital marketing systems to generate leads, automate workflows, and execute effective paid advertising strategies.

Responsibilities:

1.) Go High Level Management:
Set up, optimize, and manage the Go High Level (GHL) platform for marketing operations.
Build, test, and refine sales funnels, landing pages, and lead capture forms.
Design and implement automated workflows and email/SMS campaigns to nurture leads and clients.
Troubleshoot and enhance existing GHL processes to improve efficiency.

2.) Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
Conduct audience research and develop targeted ad strategies.
Analyze ad performance and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
Collaborate on ad creative development, including copy and visual elements.

3.)Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and report on campaign performance across GHL, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Provide actionable insights based on data to improve marketing strategies.

4.)Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with the marketing team to align GHL workflows and advertising efforts with business goals.
Offer training and support to team members on GHL functionalities and advertising tools.

Requirements:
Proven experience with Go High Level, including sales funnels, workflows, and automations.
Demonstrated success in creating and managing LinkedIn and Facebook ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead generation and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in analytics tools for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms.
Graphic design or ad copywriting skills.
Knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
