About Inumin Media: Inumin Media is a boutique digital marketing agency that focuses on creating impactful digital strategies for small and medium businesses. We specialize in social media management, website design, videography, video editing, and paid ad campaigns. We are looking for a passionate and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with social media content creation, management, and video editing.
Job Overview:
As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in executing our clients' social media strategies. Your focus will be on creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and editing short-form videos for social media. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure all content aligns with each client's branding and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Design graphics and write compelling captions for various social media platforms (Instagram,
Brainstorm creative ideas for posts, stories, reels, and carousels that resonate with the target audience.
Social Media Management:
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Zoho Social).
Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and escalate issues when necessary.
Analyze social media metrics and report on performance.
Video Editing:
Edit short-form social media videos for reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and
Add captions, text animations, and other creative effects to make content more engaging.
General Administrative Support:
Assist with content calendars, team coordination, and file organization as needed.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, and/or video editing.
Skills:
Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram,
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using tools for project management and communication (e.g., Trello, Slack, Zoho One, Google Workspace).
Creativity: Ability to generate fresh, unique, and visually appealing content ideas.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Must be available to work during Alberta Canada Working Hours
This will start as a part-time and transition into full-time hours depending on performance
