Rainware is a world leading manufacturer and supplier of tapware and showers built to last in the outdoors and improve the aesthetics of outdoor spaces.

Rainware is currently relaunching the brand and our marketing channels, harnessing Hubspot and other best of breed platforms. Part of your initial role will be setting up the marketing channels, SM and e-blast templates. We are using an external service provider to onboard our contacts and ensure website compatibility with Hubspot.

After that, we are looking for the person in this new role to take responsibility for driving and running the Key Accountabilities as below, with strategy and direction given by management via a series of daily/weekly/monthly meetings and reporting back.

We are a small team, looking for experienced, hard working top talent to help get Rainware to the next level. You will be reporting to the GM and working with other team members in visualisation and product development when gathering content and data for marketing campaigns and activities.

Key Accountabilities:

Planning, reporting and management
• Build and manage the marketing calendar
• Meet regularly with key team members
• Report in user friendly format to key stakeholders
• Take feedback and adjust actions as needed

Paid Advertising
• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate on A/B testing strategies to improve ad effectiveness.


Email
Marketing (HubSpot Platform)
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.
• Manage and maintain the HubSpot email database to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Social Media Management
• Create and schedule engaging content across Rainware’s social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Track social media performance and generate reports.

General Marketing Support
• Assist with the development of marketing collateral and presentations.
• Support the coordination of events, promotions, and product launches.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform strategies.

Other requirements:
• Ready to begin full-time work immediately or by January 2025.
• Fast internet connection (must be fibre).
• Desktop computer with adequate RAM and operating capacity for speed
• Dual 24-27inch monitors recommended.
• Webcam and microphone.
• Office workspace at home free of distractions/noise.
• Excellent spoken and written English. You will be communicating with English speakers constantly.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Experience with relevant software and platforms (Please list your experience)
