Position Overview:
Upside Capital Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role will provide essential administrative support to the marketing department, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities, lead management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and possess a strong understanding of marketing workflows.
SALARY: $5 to $6
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Administrative Support:
- Perform daily administrative tasks to assist the marketing team.
- Maintain organized records of marketing materials, reports, and correspondence.
Internet Listing Services (ILS) Management:
- Regularly update Internet Listing Services to ensure accuracy and current information.
- Monitor and address inconsistencies across listings.
Lead Management:
- Add, organize, and maintain new leads in spreadsheets to ensure an up-to-date database.
- Verify lead data for accuracy and ensure accessibility for reporting and follow-up.
Social Media Assistance:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging social media content.
- Research trends and propose content ideas to enhance social media engagement.
Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Address vendor inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
Tracking and Monitoring:
- Check and monitor tracking numbers on the website and other platforms for functionality.
- Report discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Assist in developing and documenting SOPs for marketing workflows and processes.
Investor Decks:
- Provide support in creating professional and visually appealing investor decks, ensuring accuracy.
Lead Reporting:
- Compile and distribute weekly lead reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Offer actionable insights based on lead data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating and scheduling social media content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in handling reports and correspondence.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and task management capabilities.
- Proficiency in database management and lead data entry.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.
