Job Opportunity: Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Remote
Availability: Must be available during 9 AM - 5 PM EST

We are a Florida-based digital marketing agency seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team. Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain and organize financial records.
- Contracts/Agreements: Draft and manage client agreements efficiently.
- Invoicing: Create and send accurate invoices on time.
- Reporting: Compile detailed end-of-month marketing reports. It's a huge plus if you know marketing attribution analytics.
- Organization: Assist in streamlining company processes and documentation.
- Logins Management: Ensure all team members have the necessary system access.
- Onboarding Support: Provide support for client and team member onboarding.
- Marketing Research: Creating documents based on specific marketing research needing to be done and organizing it.

Tools and Programs We Use:
- GoHighLevel (GHL): Experience with GHL is preferred.
- Google Workspace: Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail is required.
- ClickUp: Knowledge of ClickUp for task and project management is a plus.

Requirements:
- Advanced Profile (AP): Must have an AP of at least 5 on OnlineJobs.ph.
- English Skills: Strong written and spoken English communication.
- Internet Connection: Reliable and fast internet connection.
- Marketing Knowledge: Some experience or interest in marketing concepts.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with GHL, Google Workspace, and ClickUp.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
