About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketer with strong Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising experience to drive our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Conduct audience research and A/B testing to improve targeting.
Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Provide performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated on Meta ad trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
