Job Title: Digital Marketer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-time BUT if proven skills and ability, could be promoted to full time within 3 months or less.

Avlo Solutions is an association management company who provides fractional staffing solutions to non-profits. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer to enhance our clients online presence, engage their target audience, and drive measurable growth.
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies across various platforms. This includes managing campaigns, optimizing website content, and analyzing performance metrics to improve effectiveness. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimize the company’s website using a CMS (e.g., WordPress) for content updates and SEO best practices.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, display ads) and monitor ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance analysis.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics.
• Design engaging visuals and marketing materials.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and marketing automation. We use Feathr.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva Pro.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
