Digital Graphics Designer (Bonus: Video Skills)

We’re looking for a talented, versatile, and reliable Graphic Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. This is an opportunity to establish a long-term relationship and grow alongside us as we continue to expand.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a strong all-rounder with a keen eye for contemporary western design trends, who thrives on delivering polished, creative work across a variety of formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Design: Create scroll-stopping ad creatives for Facebook, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Content Design: Design posts, carousels, web banners, and more.
• Branding & Logo Design: Develop brand identities, including choosing cohesive colors, fonts, and design elements to create standout brand guidelines.
• Motion Graphics: Create light motion graphics for ads, particularly for Facebook and Instagram.
• Web & Email Design: Build contemporary designs using tools like Figma.
• General Design Tasks: Work on various projects involving tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Bonus: Basic video editing skills (not essential, but a nice-to-have).

What You’ll Need

• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to work across a range of design styles and projects.
• Great design skills, and the ability to illustrate and create new elements

Proficiency in:
• Canva
• Figma (for email and web design)
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Light motion graphics tools/software
• Excellent understanding of contemporary design trends, particularly in the western market.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness via Slack.
• Experience using project management tools like ClickUp or similar platforms.

Workload & Collaboration

• 3-5 projects per week on average, with potential for more during busy periods.
• Flexibility and reliability to meet deadlines and adapt to varying workloads.
• Close collaboration with our team through Slack for communication and ClickUp for task management.
