Job Title:
Digital Content Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media/Website Management
Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms.
Monitor engagement.
Track and report social media performance.
Content Creation:
Write blogs, social media captions, and website copy.
Develop visual content (graphic design or video editing skills are a plus).
Collaborate with designers/creators.
Website Management:
Update pages, and ensure content is fresh and accurate.
Optimise for SEO and user experience.
Coordinate with developers for technical needs.
Portal and Platform Updates:
Ensure all profiles and listings are current.
Update product/service information as needed.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions).
1 to 1 Catch ups.
Ideal Skills:
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
Familiarity with analytics (Google Analytics, social media insights).
Strong copywriting skills and basic SEO knowledge.
