We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Review Manager / Omni Channel Manager / Digital Channel Manager based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing product reviews and ratings across multiple online platforms. This role requires a strategic approach to enhance customer feedback while adhering to platform guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
*Review Management: Oversee and manage product reviews and ratings on Amazon,
*Feedback Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
*Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with review syndication platforms like Bazaarvoice and review platforms such as Yotpo to enhance review visibility and authenticity.
*Influencer Engagement: Coordinate with influencer platforms such as Influenster to encourage genuine product reviews from influencers.
*Compliance: Ensure all review-related activities comply with the terms of service of each platform to avoid any violations.
*Content Development: Create and manage content strategies to encourage organic and authentic customer reviews.
*Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to gather feedback and address any issues related to their reviews.
*Reporting: Generate regular reports on review performance, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
*Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align review strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
*Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in managing product reviews on major e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
*Knowledge: Strong understanding of review syndication and influencer marketing platforms.
*Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
*Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with the terms of service and guidelines of major e-commerce platforms.
*Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using review management tools and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
*Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely with international teams.
*Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
