What You’ll Do

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our global marketing efforts. Your role includes:
- Strategic Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize viral digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, and others).

- Collaboration & Leadership: Work with our Influencer Marketing Head, Email Marketing Team, Content Team, Graphic Designer, Copywriter, and SEO specialists to deliver cohesive marketing strategies.

- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and Search Console to track performance and integrate actionable strategies into ongoing viral growth campaigns.

- Trend Tracking: Stay up to date with and innovate upon social media trends, platforms, and emerging opportunities, particularly in US and Asia markets.

- Creative Input: Inject creative flair into campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with Western cultural relevance and global appeal.



What We’re Looking For

We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including team management of 3+ members. Agency experience is a big plus!

- Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tools like Klaviyo and Hootsuite. Must also be open to adopting new tools and keep up to date with emerging AI technologies that are applicable. Certifications are a bonus.

- Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and GSuite.

- Cultural Insight: Strong understanding of Gaming culture, Western culture, fashion and technology trends, especially in the US and Asia markets.

- Language & Communication: Editor-level English with impeccable communication skills. Mandarin is a bonus.
