Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Business Development Manager with a proven track record in creating, developing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies with the specific aim of converting new leads and sales. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our brands across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of different digital marketing channels and the ability to tailor strategies to each business's unique target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Development: Analyze each business’s target audience and market positioning to determine the most effective digital marketing vehicles.

- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (PPC), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as needed.

- Setting Up Funnels: Set up funnels to capture leads and convert into customers.

- Content & Ad Creation: Develop compelling content and advertisements that resonate with the target audience, driving engagement and conversions.

- Cold Outreach: Design and implement cold email campaigns to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients and customers.

- Google My Business: Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles to enhance local SEO and visibility for relevant businesses.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure maximum impact while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to ongoing campaigns.


Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC, social media ads, and email marketing.

- Track Record: Proven experience in developing successful digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing platforms, and Google My Business, and others. Ability to use / connect CRM's would be a bonus.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creativity: Ability to create engaging content and innovative campaigns tailored to specific audiences.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-Motivated: Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and across various industries.
