Digital Artist/Painter

Looking for a graphic designer to create 8 images that can be used on large printing on neoprene mats for table top war gaming. Must know photoshop and understand scale with the model sizing for the games based their base size. Fantasy, SciFi, Forrest, etc will be needed. Will need psd files, pdf, jpeg, and svg (vector files) upon completion.
