JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a Digital Community Coordinator Virtual Assistant to help manage various marketing and coordination tasks related to the day-to-day operations of my business. As an astrologer, I offer consultations, run a community, conduct classes, and write as a bestselling author on Substack.

In addition to these activities, I create content as a YouTube partner and produce podcasts for Spotify. I am seeking someone with experience in prolific content creation and managing multiple streams of income.

Working hours are at 6am to 10am Monday through Friday Philippine time.

Job duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. Content Management and Optimization:
• Maintain and manage all in one platform portal, website, community, courses, downloads, and webinars.
• Oversee the online membership community calendar, community portal, and email communications
• Set up, run and manage classes and courses, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality content delivery. Including; • creating sales pages in Podia, transcript editing of ai produced transcripts, marketing email campaigns, class reminder emails, drip campaigns, and other tasks to ensure automated and smooth execution.
• Help maintain and manage a premium Substack portal, ensuring regular updates and engagement with subscribers.


2. Platform Management:
• Manage Podia (CRM/LMS/Website) for course creation, customer relationship management, and website updates.
• Handle social media presence on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram including posting updates, engaging with the audience.

3. Marketing and Promotion:
• Create and execute promotional campaigns, funnels, and automations to drive engagement and sales.
• Help develop and optimize webinar and sales pages to attract and convert leads.
• Collect and manage client testimonials for marketing and promotional use.
• Assist in developing an affiliate program to expand reach and sales through partners.

4. Administrative Support:
• Implement and manage an effective calendar system to ensure all activities and deadlines are met.
• Design and create sales pages for various products and services.
• Perform basic graphic design tasks in Canva to enhance visual content and branding.
• Streamline the design and user interface (UI) of the community website for better user experience.

5. Content Creation and Management:
• Assist in editing videos and tutorials to ensure professional quality.
• Integrate Substack with Podia for seamless content and user management.
• Upload podcasts and videos to platforms such as YouTube and Spotify, ensuring proper formatting and metadata.
• Edit written transcripts of classes and webinars for accuracy and clarity.

6. Miscellaneous Tasks:
• Perform various administrative tasks, including responding to client emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide general support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

7. Business Optimization and Outreach:
• Identify and implement optimizations for various aspects of the business to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and execute strategies for increased outreach and audience growth.
