We’re looking for a highly skilled PPC specialist who specializes in digital marketing, analytics, and paid ad platforms — someone who lives in the numbers, optimizes with intent, and wants to be part of something that’s making a big impact on Puerto Rico’s auto market.

What You'll Be Doing


Facebook
Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (traffic, lead gen, conversions)
- Set up and maintain Facebook Pixel & Events for accurate tracking
- Run A/B split tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and objectives
- Analyze ad performance and optimize toward cost-per-lead and ROAS goals
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable suggestions

Google Ads & Google Analytics
- Build and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube (Performance Max experience is a plus)
- Use Google Analytics 4 to track conversions, user flows, and identify drop-off points
- Implement tracking with Google Tag Manager, including events and custom dimensions
- Conduct keyword research and write ad copy that converts — especially for used cars and dealership-specific terms
- Compile reports with insights to improve cost per acquisition and quality score

Performance Optimization & Strategy
- Stay current on Facebook/Google Ads platform changes and algorithm shifts
- Provide data-driven strategies to increase leads and conversions for our car dealer clients
- Monitor landing page performance and collaborate on A/B testing and CRO improvements
- Support reporting around lead sources, conversion rates, and funnel metrics

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Facebook & Google Ads campaign management
- Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, GTM, UTM parameters, and lead tracking
- Solid grasp of A/B testing frameworks and interpreting results
- Skilled in Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager setup/troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and results-focused
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Bonus if you speak Spanish or have experience in Spanish-speaking markets

Work Schedule & Holidays
- All of our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers work a split shift so we can communicate on pertinent tasks or have meetings as needed with the US leadership.
- As a company, we observe all US holidays, as well as PH public holidays (New Year's Day, Lunar New Year, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Bataan Day, Labor Day, Philippines Independence Day, National Heroes Day, Bonifacio Day, Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Christmas Day, Rizal Day). - After 90-day probationary period, all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers qualify for leave with proper notice based on employee handbook regulations.
