Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dialpad Implementation Project Manager to oversee the deployment of Dialpad's phone system and contact center solutions for our clients. This role will involve managing the entire implementation process, from initial kick off call to building out call flows and porting phone numbers.

Key Responsibilities
• Phone System Administration: Assist with the configuration of phone systems, including cloud portal setup, call flow
design, auto attendant creation, call group management, and number porting.
• Implementation Leadership: Confidently lead the implementation kick-off calls and guide clients through the deployment process.
• Contact Center Configuration: Manage the initial setup of Dialpad Ai Contact Center, including creating the contact center, activating licenses, and configuring IVR and voicemail language settings.
• Feature Customization: Customize contact center features such as enabling Dialpad Ai for real-time transcripts, sentiment analysis, and call monitoring capabilities.
• Training and Support: Provide training sessions for contact center managers on using Dialpad's dashboard and assist with adding or removing agents as needed.
• Best Practices Implementation: Assist clients in implementing best practices for contact center management, including setting up Real-Time Assist (RTA) cards and Custom Upgrade to see actual infonts.

Qualifications
• Experience with implementing Dialpad’s Voice and Contact Center Solutions.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the VoIP or CCaaS industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong organizational skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
