Developer for Ongoing Projects in Automation & Custom Software Development (Flexible, Remote, Long-Term)

I'm running a fast-growing boutique agency focused on workflow automation and custom software solutions for clients in diverse industries. I currently manage several projects myself and am looking to bring on a reliable, skilled developer to help fulfill ongoing client work and scale operations.

Your tasks may include:
- Building custom automation workflows using platforms like Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, n8n, and scripting (JavaScript/Python).
- Developing front-end solutions (Node.js, Next.js), dashboards, and API integrations (with the help of AI tools)
- Debugging and improving existing automations and systems.
- Collaborating on systems architecture and scalable solutions.

You don’t need to know everything upfront - but you must be smart, resourceful, and a fast learner.

Ideal Candidate:
- A problem solver who loves systems, tools, and automation.
- Comfortable with JavaScript, Python, and APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- Experienced with Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, or n8n - or eager to master them quickly.
- Proficient in version control (Git) and managing structured projects.
- Communicative, organized, and able to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
- Bonus: Familiar with Shopify, No-Code tools, or AI integrations.

Work Style:
- Fully remote and async-friendly (I’m based in Europe).
- Flexible hours - you manage your time as long as you deliver.
- Project-based to start, with the opportunity for long-term, consistent collaboration (10–30h/week depending on fit and availability).
- Paid test project to start.
