About Us:
HealthDataLab is an innovative platform offering tools and resources for natural health practitioners. As we approach the launch of our first version, we are looking for a proactive Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a high IQ, strong logical thinking, and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks. If you’re excited about skillfully combining these abilities with AI and web development, and are looking for a long-term opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll work closely with Quim, our teaUpgrade to see actual infomber based in the Philippines, who has been with us for over a year. We’re also hiring another VA to assist with emails, video editing, and community management, so you’ll be joining a collaborative and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise the back-end of our website (WordPress, Shopify, or Wix).
Develop web applications with a focus on user experience and performance.
Integrate AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, ChatGPT) and APIs to enhance business processes.
Break down complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks and implement solutions using AI.
Oversee database management, ensuring efficiency and data integrity.
Automate workflows using custom code and third-party tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Collaborate with the team to implement new features and AI-driven solutions.


What We’re Looking For:
High IQ & Logical Thinker: You can break down complex problems and create manageable solutions, and have a natural ability to think critically.
Strong Web Development Skills: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python.
AI Integration Experience: Knowledge of OpenAI, ChatGPT, or machine learning frameworks.
Attention to Detail: Sharp, thorough, and able to handle complex tasks with care.
Independent and Conscientious: Able to manage tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent Communication: Strong English skills, both written and spoken.


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience integrating AI tools to improve workflows.
Familiarity with performance optimisation and web security.
Experience working on WordPress or Shopify platforms.
Previous experience in the health or tech industry is a plus.

Trial Phase:
- a few half days to begin with and get to know each other
- then 1 day, then 1 week, then a month trial period to ensure we’re the right fit.

If successful, this role will expand into a long-term position with increasing responsibilities.
