You’ll play a critical role in building, scaling, and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi to ensure scalable and repeatable deployments.
Automate provisioning and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
CI/CD Pipelines:
Build and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
Ensure seamless and automated deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Manage and scale cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency while maintaining high availability and performance.
Monitoring and Logging:
Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
Set up centralized logging solutions (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk) to ensure quick debugging and issue resolution.
Security and Compliance:
Implement security best practices, including network security, access controls, and vulnerability management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA) as required.
Scalability and Performance Optimization:
Design and implement strategies to handle high traffic and scale the application horizontally and vertically.
Optimize database performance, caching strategies, and content delivery networks (CDNs).
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of the application.
Document infrastructure, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and team alignment.
Key Strategies the Applicant Must Implement:
Microservices Architecture:
Transition from a monolithic architecture to a microservices-based architecture to improve scalability and maintainability.
Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or ECS.
Disaster Recovery and High Availability:
Design and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
Set up multi-region deployments and load balancing for high availability.
Cost Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize cloud costs by leveraging reserved instances, spot instances, and auto-scaling.
Implement cost-tracking tools and strategies to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Developer Productivity:
Streamline development workflows by providing self-service tools and environments for developers.
Reduce time-to-market by automating repetitive tasks and improving deployment frequency.
Proactive Monitoring and I
Set up proactive monitoring to detect and resolve issues before they impact users.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or Ruby).
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management.
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
Knowledge of edge computing and CDN optimization.
Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps) is a plus.
