Detail-Oriented QA Analyst for Call and Process Oversight

What’s the Role?

As our QA Analyst, you’ll be responsible for monitoring calls, ensuring that scripts are followed, and verifying that all notes are accurately tracked in our system. You’ll be the go-to person for accountability, ensuring that everyone is doing what they’re supposed to do, and that all processes are followed correctly.

Who We’re Looking For:

- *Detail-Oriented:* You have an eye for detail and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
- *Process-Oriented:* You enjoy following and enforcing systems, making sure that everything is done according to plan.
- *Trainer and Mentor:* You’re capable of explaining processes clearly to others, providing training and guidance to ensure everyone knows how things should be done.
- *Accountability Expert:* You’re the person who ensures that standards are met, holding everyone accountable for their work.

What You’ll Do:

- *Monitor Calls:* Listen to calls to ensure scripts are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
- *Ensure Proper Tracking:* Verify that all notes and details are accurately recorded in our system.
- *Provide Training:* Guide and train teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on how to properly follow processes and maintain standards.
- *Enforce Accountability:* Ensure that everyone is doing their job correctly and that all processes are followed meticulously.
