Designer to create printable craft templates

I'm looking for a designer who can create PDF downloads / printables for my print shop. Printables for crafts, various themes. I'm looking for someone with design experience and understanding of general design principles, how to lay out a page.

I will need a lot of templates, for first time about 10-20 to start and test.
With time a few hundred.
