JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, proactive Design, Creative and Social Media Manager to lead our visual branding, digital asset creation and social media efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating visually compelling designs, assets and engaging content that drives growth and builds community.

Key Responsibilities

- Design: Develop and maintain brand aesthetics across all digital platforms, creating visually impactful graphics, videos, and layouts for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital content.

- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow our online presence and community.

- Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar aligned with our marketing strategy, creating campaigns that resonate with our audience and promote our brand values.

- Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community experience.

- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights to optimize engagement and reach.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the various departments and teams to ensure all designs, digital assets and social media initiatives align with company objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management and design.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and video editing software.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content.
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, particularly for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with a proactive approach.
Preferred Skills

Experience in content marketing or branding within the real estate or property management industry.
Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
