Dental Office Virtual Assistant

Looking are a enthusiastic and experienced dental professional to support in our dental back office operations. This role will require verifying eligibility, submitting pre-authorizations and claims, following up on pre-authorizations and claims, support with fee schedule negotiations with insurance companies, collecting unpaid patient balances, and tracking and reporting on work done. We require someone with a mastery of the English language as this roll will require talking with patients and companies in the US.
