JOB OVERVIEW

Are you ready to join a fast-growing startup and make an impact as our first team member? We are a dynamic company with two brands that sell exclusively on Amazon. Between the two brands, we manage 5 products and 27 SKUs. One brand sells only in the U.S., while the second is available on Amazon in the U.S. and Canada, with expansion into Europe underway. This is an incredible opportunity to grow with us, take ownership of key processes, and help shape the future of our inventory and supply chain management.

Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain demand forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels for all our products across all the regions.
* Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to manage purchasing and delivery timelines.
* Track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely reordering across multiple marketplaces and countries.
* Help design and implement a process for forecasting and inventory management, using inventory tools or Google Sheets.
* Identify, recommend, and manage inventory management tools or software that will streamline operations.
* Generate reports on supply chain performance, demand trends, and product availability.
* Create shipping labels on Amazon and forward to suppliers. Update product and shipping costs in our system.
* Collaborate directly with the founder to identify and address supply chain challenges and opportunities for improvement.
* Source suppliers for new products in China, Pakistan, India, etc.

Requirements
* Experience: At least 3+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or purchasing roles and 3+ years of Amazon experience.
* Communication: Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
* E-commerce Expertise: Previous experience working with Amazon is required. Knowledge of Amazon FBA and AWD is highly * preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with inventory management tools or software. Experience with Asana is preferred, but no required.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solver.
* Growth Mindset: Willingness to grow with a fast-paced startup and take on responsibilities beyond the job description as needed.
