JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to help coordinate the setup of the SpotOn Point of Sale (POS) system for new customers. This role is focused on assisting businesses through the initial Express setup process, ensuring they have a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, have strong organizational skills, and possess a basic understanding of POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments with new and existing customers for their SpotOn POS Express setup sessions.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining the setup process and answering any questions clients may have.
• Coordinate with the SpotOn support and implementation team to ensure timely and accurate setup.
• Ensure that clients are prepared for their setup session by sending reminders and instructions prior to the meeting.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, follow-up actions, and customer interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the scheduling process or client concerns before the setup session.
• Provide clear and concise communication to clients regarding the benefits and features of SpotOn POS during the setup phase.
• Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of appointments and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).
• Basic understanding of point-of-sale systems, preferably with experience in SpotOn POS (not required but a plus).
• Ability to remain calm and professional while addressing client concerns or issues.
• A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales coordination.
• Experience with SpotOn POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
