Day Shift Multimedia Graphic Designer Needed ASAP

Job Description:
We're seeking a Multimedia Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into captivating visual stories. You'll be at the forefront of content innovation, creating thumb-stopping content that drives engagement and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create and edit high-impact video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
-Design blog post creatives
-Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
-Drive visual content strategy through data-informed creative decisions
-Coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
-Pioneer new content formats based from client briefs and stay ahead of diverse niche trends

Skills and Qualifications
-3+ years of professional multimedia content creation experience
-Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
-Expert proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
-Proven track record of creating viral social media content
-Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends
-Portfolio demonstrating diverse content styles and successful campaigns
-Experience working with remote teams and managing multiple projects
-Working in a marketing agency is PLUS

Bonus Points but not required
-Experience with After Effects
-Responsive design and mobile-first approach
-WordPress and CMS experience
-3D animation capabilities
-UI/UX design knowledge

Technical Requirements
-CPU: Intel Core i3 or higher
-Display: 15 in., 1440 x 900 pixels, minimum.
-RAM: 8 GB minimum; 16GB is better.
-Video Card: A discrete video card with dedicated RAM.
-Storage: 250GB minimum.
-Headset for frequent virtual meetings
