Dating App Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and organized individual to manage and operate dating app profiles with the goal of increasing engagement and converting matches into followers for our Instagram and business pages. This is a full-time position with a high volume of daily interactions.

Responsibilities:

Actively manage dating app accounts (e.g., Hinge) to initiate and sustain engaging conversations with matches.

Strategically guide conversations to naturally introduce and promote our Instagram page.

Drive traffic and grow followers for the Instagram accounts by creating authentic connections following a steps of a funnel to land potential sales.

Handle a high volume of matches, ranging from 200-500 daily, efficiently and effectively

.Track and report key metrics, including the number of successful conversions and feedback from interactions.

Stay aligned with the brand's tone and values to maintain consistency in communication.

Qualifications:

Females only

Exceptional written communication skills with a witty, charming, and personable tone.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high message volumes

Familiarity with dating apps and social media platforms, especially Instagram.

Marketing or sales experience (preferred but not required).

A genuine interest in people and building relationships.

Experience in building Shopify.
